Your home is unique, and our cleaning service will be customized to meet your individual needs.  When you request your free, no-obligation estimate, the following criteria will be considered to determine the cost of keeping your home looking its best:

  • Square footage
  • Frequency
  • Number of Rooms
  • Number of Family Members
  • Pets
  • Type of Flooring

No need to sign a contract.  To maintain your business, New Image will provide a consistent quality clean each and every time.

Although most of our customers prefer the convenience of a bi-weekly or weekly scheduled clean, we also are happy to accommodate a monthly schedule.  The day and time of the week may vary but we will do our best to work with your schedule.

This is entirely up to you.  Most of our clients prefer not to be home.  They enjoy the feeling of knowing when they return home everything will be completed and the house will be cleaned to perfection. 

Providing a key to your home that will be coded and locked in our office or a garage door code are great options. These both give you the comfort of knowing your home is securely locked once we are finished and on our way out.

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our only “guaranteed” arrival time would be the first clean of the day.  While it is not always possible to provide an exact arrival time other than the first clean, we will do our best to provide you a small window of time to expect your Team. Typically, our latest appointment of the day is 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm so we can be finished up by 5:00 pm and allow you and your family quality time in your fresh, clean home.

So that we may spend our time concentrating on the details of cleaning your home, we ask that you pick up any toys, clothing or other personal household items prior to our arrival. If you would like us to provide the additional service of straightening your home, simply mention this during our estimate and we will be happy to add that service. 

Many customers provide debit/credit card information. We use a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard guaranteeing the safety of your information. You may also leave a check on the day of your clean.
